Leland Beach & Wasque Point Beach Cleanup - Chappaquiddick

9 a.m.–12 noon

Spend a morning helping The Trustees of Reservations clean the beaches on Chappaquiddick this Saturday.  The clean up will take place at both Leland Beach & Wasque Point Beach and will focus on clearing logs, limbs, and sticks that have washed up due to the erosion at the southern side of the island.  Volunteers can also walk the beaches to assist with the removal of harmful marine debris. Bring a steel rake if you have one, and gloves are highly advisable.  Join staff at the Dike Bridge on Chappaquiddick at 9am. If you plan to attend please call (508) 693-7662.
